Refund policy
Because all items available for sale are produced on demand, all sales are final, except for defective or damaged items, or items shipped in error. Please check the size guide for each product before placing an order.
To request a refund for defective or damaged items, or items shipped in error, send an email along with photos of the item to jasonsapparelusa@gmail.com.
Requests for refunds must be sent within 14 days of receipt. If your request for a refund is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send the item.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll be refunded by your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
